The Same Crew. The Same Notes. A Clean That Actually Repeats.

Cleaning companies live on recurrence and house quirks. FieldBench Recurring Jobs keep the cadence, Property notes travel with the Job, and Clients reschedule by text instead of a game of phone tag.

Keep the cadence

Weekly and biweekly cleans generate themselves.

Respect the house

Alarm codes, pets, and product notes stay on the Property.

Invoice the month

Card on file so you are not chasing checks.

How it works

The same crew, the same notes, a clean that repeats

Book the cadence, send the crew with the house details, reschedule in one thread, and invoice the month.

  1. 1
    Book the cadence

Weekly, biweekly, or monthly Recurring Jobs. The series is the business.

  2. 2
    Send the crew

Assign people or a Crew. Mobile shows the home, the notes, and the checklist.

  3. 3
    Respect the house

Alarm codes, pets, and “do not use that product” live on the Property.

  4. 4
    Invoice the month

Card on file. SMS if something needs a one-off extra.

Built for Cleaning Services

Recurring work without the spreadsheet

Recurring cleans that hold

Generate visits from the series. Move one home without rebuilding the week.

Notes that survive a new cleaner

Property history is the handoff. The crew is not starting from a group text.

Reschedule in Conversations

The Client texts the shop number. Office and crew see it on the record.

Ask while the work is fresh

Pro Workflows can send a follow-up after completion. FieldBench does not post reviews to Google for you.

The challenges

  • Reschedules are phone tag that the crew never hears.
  • A new cleaner misses every house quirk.
  • Great work, no review, because nobody asked.
  • Commercial nights and residential days share one chaotic calendar.

How FieldBench helps

  • Recurring Jobs for the cadence.
  • Property notes on every visit.
  • SMS reschedules on the Client.
  • Invoicing and card on file for the month.

FAQ

Questions Cleaning Services teams ask

Can a Client skip a week in an app?

They text or call; the office reschedules the Job. FieldBench does not currently include a Client “skip week” button. The Client portal covers Quotes, Invoices, and payment history.

Can we use checklists per home?

Yes. Checklist templates and Job checklists. Put house-specific instructions on the Property notes too.

Do you collect tips?

Collect on the Invoice or record the extra as you do today. There is no dedicated tipping product.

Free for one person getting started. Starter for a small team. Pro when you need Crews and the dispatch board.
