Questions Electrical teams ask
Is this for service electricians or project shops?
It fits service work and light projects such as panel upgrades, EV chargers, and lighting. Heavy commercial construction billing is not currently included.
Can we schedule a two-person Crew for three days?
Yes on Pro: Crews and the dispatch board. Free and Starter still run Jobs and Appointments without the full board.
Can technicians quote from the field?
Yes. Build and send Quotes from the mobile app, collect a signature, and convert to a Job when approved.
Does FieldBench support permit documentation?
Yes. Permit documents, photos, and related files can be stored with the Job or Property. FieldBench does not currently include a dedicated permit-management workflow.
